This Privacy Policy explains how THEGOODCITIZEN PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore, collects and uses personal data when you use the Dark Horse Scanner website (the "Service"). We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
You can browse the free parts of the Service without giving us any personal data. If you choose to unlock full results or register interest in a paid tier, we collect:

We use the data above only to: (a) send the updates or early-access notifications you requested; (b) measure demand and improve the Service; and (c) keep the Service secure and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers that host or operate the Service on our behalf (for example, our cloud hosting provider), or where required by law.
If you give us your email, you agree to receive occasional Service-related updates. Every email includes a way to opt out, and you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
We keep your sign-up data for as long as your interest is active or as needed for the purposes above, and then delete it. You may ask us to delete it sooner (see below).
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of it, and to withdraw your consent / request deletion. To exercise any of these, email hello@darkhorsescanner.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
