By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service automatically screens publicly available market data and presents scores, categories, charts, and generated commentary for informational and educational purposes only. Scores and categories are the output of an automated model applied to third-party data; they describe the data as it appeared at the time of the scan and are not predictions of future performance.
We are not a licensed financial adviser, broker-dealer, or fund manager, and we are not registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore or any other regulator to provide financial advisory services. Using the Service does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and us. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You should consult a licensed financial adviser and do your own research before making any investment.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Market data is sourced from third parties (including free data providers) and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any score, category, or commentary is correct or complete.
Investing in securities involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment. You use the Service, and act on any information from it, entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law.
Any prices shown for paid tiers are indicative and for planning only. Submitting an "early access" or "notify me" request registers your interest and does not create a contract or charge you. Paid subscriptions, if and when launched, will be governed by separate terms presented at the point of purchase.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping, overloading, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its data, or by using it to break any law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
